Our facility is designed to be functional for several different types of athletes. We have 10 heavyweight boxing bags, cardio machines, free weights (5-100lb), benches, power racks, a deadlift platform, olympic barbells, crumb plates, a pulley/smith machine, 45ft long turf run with sled, plyometric boxes, ropes, balls, resistant bands, etc. There's a large classroom in the back for group classes, private group training, stretching, etc.
We have many different group fitness classes available, including Cardio Kickboxing, Power Hour, Cardio Shred, and upper and lower body group workouts. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged! We will always provide instruction and accommodations. No previous weightlifting or exercise experience is needed. Sign up on Mindbody.com; your first class is free!
